Why We're There

Solar & Storage Live is the UK's leading event for the energy storage and solar industry and this year, AlphaESS UK will be showing up with our strongest, most experienced team ever. From sales and technical to marketing and installation, here's who's representing us on the floor.

This Year's Show

Over 10,000 attendees expected across two days at the ExCeL, London. We'll be showcasing our full residential and C&I ranges, running live tech talks, and connecting with installers, developers, and partners across the UK.

Who's representing AlphaESS UK

MARK HALE

Managing Director

Mark leads the AlphaESS UK business, keeping the team supported, customers happy, and the whole operation moving in the right direction.

Fun Fact
Once danced on live TV with Paula Yates watching. Manchester never forgot it.

"I came into solar four years ago from retail, late to the party, but fully committed now."

LUCY HAMILTON

Business Development Manager

Lucy is the go-to for southern residential sales, connecting distributors, installers and end users and making sure every project lands the right way.

Fun Fact
Half Maltese, mum to a 6-year-old called Teddie, and will talk food and travel until closing time

"16 years in solar and I still geek out on getting the perfect end-to-end outcome for a customer."

JAMES FESTORAZZI

Head of Business Development

James helps installers and distribution partners choose the right energy storage solution providing hands-on training, technical guidance and on-site support.

Fun Fact
Former diving instructor and lifelong Star Trek fan, dreams of seeing Earth from space.

"My quick practical thinking helps join things up, supporting our team and partners."

EMMA DUTTON

Implementation Manager

Emma keeps installers, wholesalers and industry partners looked after across the UK, from hands-on training and on-site visits to being the first call when someone needs a quick answer.

Fun Fact
Loves nothing more than falling down a research rabbit hole, don't get her started on battery chemistry.

JOSHUA RUCK

Business Development Manager

Joshua builds and looks after relationships across Wales and the Midlands, growing the AlphaESS brand through genuine connections and a natural ability to get on with anyone.

Fun Fact
Joshua is the proud owner of an axolotl, and yes, that is a real animal. Yes, it's as cool as it sounds.

LEWIS CARPENTER

Business Development Manager

Lewis works on the complex end of the business, helping partners take large-scale battery storage from opportunity to reality, covering everything from system selection and financial modelling to contract and integration.

Fun Fact
Qualified barista. Equally comfortable modelling a utility-scale BESS deal and pulling an espresso.
